Linkedin Recruitment Made Easy

A few days ago I told you that our website dedicated to Linkedin marketing was about to go live.

The good news is that it's now up and running and the equally good news is that it's crammed with Linkedin marketing guides, tips and advice.

Go to our Linkedin Learning Academy to learn how to use Linkedin more effectively for recruiting top talent.

When it comes to identifying superstars, Linkedin is simply amazing.

Linkedin gives you access to an individual's CV and job record, not to mention recommendations and endorsements from clients and work colleagues.

We have been using Linkedin for an eternity to enable us to spot and recruit the best candidates.

You can start by uploading jobs on Linkedin. It costs a little but it's worth it.

You can, of course, search Linkedin free gratis and if you have time on your hands - go for it!

Here are five red hot tips to ensure you successfully spot the top talent.

  1. Use the search bar to type in recruitment keywords such as PR executive, PR manager or PR director. Thousands of names will come up but you can improve the results filtering your search using the options in the column that runs down the left hand side of your screen.
  2. Visit Linkedin company pages of businesses that are similar to yours and checkout their employees. Get in touch with anyone who stands out.
  3. Get in touch with all your Linkedin contacts and ask for talent recommendations.
  4. If you have a Linkedin company page - post jobs ads on it.
  5. Join industry groups and invite recommendations.
